Marks Sattin is partnering with a FTSE organisation based in Yorkshire who is recruiting for a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead the department's provision of independent and objective assurance.

With an exciting history to the business and continued change planned over the coming years, this business continues to prove its resilience to the market and embrace change. The Internal Audit team has an excellent reputation for developing key talent and promoting from within the team or across the wider group to enable career progression.

With a main focus towards operational audits, you will be responsible for:-

  • Delivering risk based audits across the wider group
  • Delivering complex assignments providing management with assurance on risk management activities.
  • Coaching and developing junior members of the team
  • Undertaking a commercial view on audit delivery and recommendation on control implementation

You will be at least 5 year post qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, IIA, CISA) and have extensive audit delivery experience. With the continuous project development, programme assurance experience would be advantageous as well as some exposure to high level IT controls.
