Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end process and oversee preparation of management accounts and cashflow analysis.
• Compile and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and multi-currency bank accounts.
• Support quarterly VAT and FCA returns, annual budget planning, and external audit processes.
• Supervise one junior team member.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects including automation and system integration.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Background in Financial Services (FinTech or high-growth Tech environment)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
