Global D365 Solution Architect

A luxury brand is undergoing a bold, multi-year global transformation to unify and elevate its Finance & Operations landscape through Microsoft Dynamics 365. This initiative is harmonising regional ERPs into a single, standardised global core-and we're looking for a visionary D365 Solution Architect to help lead the charge.

Your Mission: As a D365 Solution Architect, you'll be at the heart of this transformation-designing and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll shape architecture policies, drive standardisation, and minimise customisation across global distribution processes. Collaborating with global process owners, product teams, and Microsoft, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, future-ready, and aligned with the business's unique operating model.

What You'll Do:

• Lead solution design and architecture for D365 F&O, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analyses, define technical solutions, and guide implementation teams.
• Drive innovation through Proof of Concepts, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and integration strategies, ensuring quality and performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience architecting and implementing large-scale D365 F&O solutions.
• Expertise in integration tools (DMF, AIF), Common Data Services, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - from technical teams to C-level.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Proficiency in X++, C#, SQL, and a deep understanding of the D365 ecosystem.
• A collaborative spirit, strategic mindset, and a passion for building global solutions.
