Manager - Strategic Finance Integration - Dublin:

What an exceptional role for an experience Finance Transformation professional to join this growing business unit that focus on the strategic finance and ERP system integration of business once they have been through a merger or acquisition.

As the company continues to develop further on their service they work with large global corporates, private equity managers and SME's that have been or continue to be target acquisitions.


The role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes during and post-merger and or acquisition.
  • Work with Private Equity firms as they evaluate target firms for acquisition into their portfolios focusing on both financial and commercial due diligence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
  • Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements.
  • Design and configure financial systems to meet integration objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during and after integration.


What we are seeking:



We are seeking a Qualified Accountant with at least 1-2 years Post Qualified experience coming from a Project Management and or Transaction Services/Project Finance type background.

This is a unique role working directly within the M&A Process and Private Equity space as such providing services and assistance within the Commercial Due Diligence but also Strategic financial/ERP alignment and implementation phase.
