Strategic Sourcing Consultants - Boutique Management Consulting Firm

£40k - £70k Base Salary + Bonus

This boutique consulting firm are specialists in sourcing strategy, filling a gap in the market by offering end-to-end strategic sourcing and outsourcing advisory services. The team are able to perform the full project life-cycle from strategy to implementation and finalising deals. They combine senior professionals from consulting firms such as McKinsey, Accenture, AT Kearney and KPMG with practitioners from industry such as Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Sainsbury's, Dell and Warner Music Group and are currently working with a number of blue-chip firms across all sectors.

You will be an excellent consultant with experience in advising strategic back office process improvement projects, looking to join a fast growing business offering fast-track progression.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, play a key client facing role and be awarded significant responsibility. They are keen for enthusiastic consultants to join their growing team as they take on more bluechip clients and be rewarded with an extremely impressive bonus package.

You will have experience working in teams in a strategy or project management role. Experience in at least one of the following is essential:

· Target Operating Models,
· Process reengineering,
· Process review, or
· Project management.

This will include one or more of the following areas:

· Go to Market,
· Business Processes,
· IT,
· Finance,
· Procurement,
· HR
· Specialist Industry BPOs

You will have excellent team skills and also be fully competent in communication tools such as PowerPoint and have experience drafting presentations to clients and senior management. These skills will be required to play an important client facing role from the start.
