Lead Digital Transformation and Deliver Impact

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Business Analyst to join our team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-profile digital initiatives that will transform services, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business objectives and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse complex processes, model systems, and design innovative solutions that deliver measurable benefits. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving meaningful change through technology.

  • Collaborate with ICT teams, service managers, and external partners to deliver digital projects
  • Provide technical expertise on cloud and on-premises systems
  • Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation

Your work will directly influence strategic projects aimed at modernising services and embedding digital solutions that reduce waste, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and digital platforms
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and process improvement initiatives
  • Industry-recognised qualification (BCS, PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) or actively working towards one

Desirable experience includes digital transformation projects, business intelligence tools, and business process redesign.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (£35,000 to £39,500) and hybrid working (50% office-based)
  • Generous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays
  • Excellent pension scheme and comprehensive employee benefits
  • Professional development support including training and certification opportunities
  • Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance
  • A chance to work in a beautiful New Forest location with a collaborative, forward-thinking team

This is more than a role; it is an opportunity to shape the future of services through technology and innovation. If you are ready to make a significant impact and bring your expertise to a team that values excellence and creativity, we would love to hear from you.
