Your new organisation are a brand new commodities trading business backed by a global investment enterprise and are looking to grow their existing IT function by bringing in a Desktop Support Engineer to support the organisation.

The role will be broad in nature, and will be responsible for supporting the IT requirements of the business on hardware, software & trading systems. The successful candidate will be expected to cover server rooms, cabling & physical IT setup as well as scripting and trading systems as well.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have strong experience of working within a trading environment as an IT Support Engineer, as well as possessing broader IT support experience in Financial Services. You will be hands on, able to prioritise tasks, and familiar with operating in small to medium organisations.
