Marks Sattin are delighted to be collaborating with a Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Trust Administrator based in Yorkshire. They are looking for a driven individual who will be able to manage trusts effectively as well as act on behalf of trustees.
The Role:
Within this role you will be responsible for the administration of trusts established by clients.
Day to Day:
- Handle trust and tax advice work for private clients and to build and develop own case load.
- Deliver high standards of client care.
- Preparation of Annual Trust Accounts
- De-registration of Trusts on HMRC Trust Register
- Provide completion & expert advice on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Inheritance Tax to trusts and estates.
- Provide legal advice on trustees'& offering guidance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with trusts and estate compliance
- Experience working in a legal firm desirable
- Experience working in a client facing role while providing
