Fast growing restructuring/turnaround consulting firm are looking for Consultants, Managers and Principals to join them in their expansion plans.

There are 3 main parts to what they do:

1. Financial Restructuring

2. Operational Restructuring

3. Private Equity (taking equity stake in the under performing business to turn it around)

You would be joining a small but elite team, where an entrepreneurial attitude is a must. Where you are keen to fast-track your career, but where you are also not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Rather than specialise in any one of the 3 areas above, it's likely that you would enjoy a combination of all of them and then specialise as you develop your career and as the firm grows.

They are looking for do-ers and your career could easily be fast-tracked if you seize all the opportunities that you arise.

They take a very hands-on operational restructuring approach, so in addition to the advice/investment experience that you offer you may also parachute into the companies to help implement the turnaround solution.

You should have:

· A professional qualification (CA, ICAS, MBA).

· Experience in an advisory or management consulting role (Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Recovery, Strategy, consulting ) from a Big 4 or leading consulting firm.

· Experience of helping turn a business around, debt, restructuring or performance improvement will be especially welcomed.

· Confidence and Gravitas is key as you will often delivering a difficult message to your clients - you must have the courage of your convictions.

If you are looking for an entrepreneurial, refreshing and challenging role where you are more than just a number - they you’ll enjoy this firm.
