Outstanding Large Business of the Year

Marks Sattin is absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for Outstanding Large Business of the Year for the prestigious Asian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) awards 2016.

The winners will be announced at the ABCC annual awards dinner on 19 November at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.

ABBC president Saqib Bhatti said: “Once again we have been inundated with an exceptional array of talent from across the region. It really goes to show how strong business is in the region and what we have to offer.”

Our Newhall Street office based in the heart of Birmingham city centre celebrated its first anniversary last month. The branch has already doubled in size from a three-man team to six, placing nearly 100 individuals into new roles and is set to grow to 10 specialist consultants by the last quarter of 2017.

Matthew Wilcox, managing director for Marks Sattin said: “The Birmingham team has gathered momentum quickly under the leadership of David Birch, senior manager, who has built a great team of dedicated and experienced finance recruiters. The Midlands Engine is powering up and Marks Sattin is perfectly positioned to meet the growing demand for accountants and finance professionals in the region. We are building strong links in the local business community and are delighted to be shortlisted for this prestigious award. We look forward to meeting the other finalists at the upcoming awards dinner in November.”
