Marks Sattin have partnered with a private equity backed, rapid growth business in the Accommodation sector to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis, based in Bristol. This role will be paying between £22,000 and £25,000 per annum with excellent benefits including trips to newly acquired accommodation projects, quarterly social activities and flexible working including 2 or 3 days from home. Study support also on offer.

The Accounts Assistant Role:

This role would be great for somebody with experience in Accounts Payable that is looking to progress and join a fast-paced business.

• Deal with vendor enquiries and manage new supplier forms, credit checks, call-backs
• Review invoices and ensuring costs are allocated correctly
• Process invoices and expenses
• Payment runs and prepare prepayment schedules
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany recharges

Key Skills and Experience

• 1+ years experience in Accounts Payable
• Studying towards AAT or completed
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
