Accounts Assistant - Hereford
£25,000 + Benefits, 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Join the UK headquarters of a large, US-owned company based in Hereford, where your skills will make a real impact. The role will include:

Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
Generating and reviewing sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely amendments
Performing bank reconciliations and handling employee expense claims
Setting up new accounts and maintaining client records
Matching incoming payments to client invoices
Preparing and posting Accounts Payable journals

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar accounts role
Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
A team player with excellent accuracy and organisational abilities
