A new, exciting opportunity has become available in a management business based in Northampton. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team since there has become a spot available. The role would be great someone who is looking to develop and grow within a reputable organization.
Main duties include:
- Month End duties
- Bank statement reconciliations.
- Creating/producing reports using graphs and statistics
- Manage and review employee expenses.
- Cash book postings.
- Sales Ledger duties; producing sale invoices, matching, allocation payments etc.
- Escalating sales ledger matters where need be.
- Generating month end reports
- Supporting the Finance business partner and wider management team.
Ideal candidate:
- Someone with experience/knowledge of SAGE200
- 5 years previous experience in a similar role
- Someone with ambition, drive and takes pride in their work.
- Someone who is accurate and precise.
- Can commit to 5 days in office.
- IT literate & Communication skills
