The details
The Role: Accounts Payable Manager
The Client: Fintech (Financial Services)
The Location: London City Centre (Hybrid working)
The role:
- Driving improvements of transactional and billing processes with several cross functional teams including Finance, Procurement & Sales.
- Lead on the automation of AP/AR processes within Netsuite including PO implementation
- Overseeing the end-to-end AP/AR process from supplier and customer onboarding
- Full reconciliations of AP and AR ledgers
- Ownership of all credit cards transactions and employee expenses process.
- Assisting with audit queries relating to all these processes.
- Direct line management of the Accounts Payable Assistant.
The Requirements:
- Experience in a similar transactional role within a fast paced business / start up
- Strong experience dealing with system implementation, automation of systems and process improvements
- Comfortable with multi-currency transactions
- Understanding of UK VAT rules including reverse charge
- Experience with Netsuite would be advantageous
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups etc)
