Ai Pilot Programme Lead

The details
Our global media firm are looking for a new Programme Lead for their Ai pilot platform programme. The Programme Lead will lead strategic pilot initiatives from concept to execution, applying an agile approach to identify critical business pain points.
The successul candidate will:
- Own and drive end-to-end pilot programs that validate the impact of AI Agents and tooling in real-world scenarios.
- Partner with product, operations, and functional teams to identify high-impact use cases ripe for automation or augmentation.
- Structure rapid experimentation models with clearly defined hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and rapid iteration cycles.
- Assess pilot performance and scalability using robust metrics to inform broader rollout decisions.
- Pilot design and delivery, value realisation and measurement, change and adoption strategy, stakeholder management.
The role:
- 2-3 days per week in Central London offices.
- £600 - £700 per day outside ir35, dependent on experience.
