Well maybe this one is for you! We have partnered up with a Leading organisation based in Warwick. They are expanding their finance team - more specifically an Assistant Accountant. They are looking for a knowledgeable assistant accountant to join their Finance team reporting directly into the Financial Controller. The role will sit between both the Management Accounts and Financial accounts - gaining hands on experience and being able to support the wide finance team.

Some of the duties include:

• Ensuring creation of Monthly management accounts are produced in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Adhering to policies and procedures whilst maintaining balance sheets
• Preparation month end accounts - revenue, cost accruals etc
• Manufacturing reports from the management accounts for finance team
• Maintaining trackers for income and costs
• Provide KPI information.
• Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Assisting with monthly budgeting and forecasting
• Process improvement suggestions
• Other ad hoc duties as requested.

Type of person:

• Experienced in a similar role/duties.
• Working towards a Financial qualifications - AAT/ACCA/CIOMA Etc)
• Excel knowledge essential
• Work within a team and independently
• Organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Finance software's - preferably SAP
