Start your job searchWe are working with an exciting bank who is looking to bring on board an Assistant Compliance Officer to join the team in London.
The position itself will give the successful candidate the opportunity to rapidly progress in their career! (The CEO of the company started life as an analyst in the Finance team!)

Examples of responsibilities to expect:
- Provide assistance on compliance monitoring reviews.
- Undertake transaction monitoring assurance.
- Assist on Bank's Sanction Screening Process.
- Prepare summarised reports on compliance monitoring findings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- The successful candidate will bring 1+ years of compliance monitoring experience gained within financial services (preferably within a bank).
- A first class or upper second class bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of MIFID2 & EMIR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
