Marks Sattin are recruiting exclusively for this market leading manufacturing business as they modernise their finance function in preparation for a change of ownership in 5 years time.

Working for an amazing Finance Director, who is very hands on and will be a key mentor, this role will be to support the Financial Controller in producing the full management and financial accounts for the business, along with creating and developing reports for analysis and helping to introduce a business partnering culture for better visibility of the numbers.

Offering a competitive basic salary and hybrid working, they are seeking someone with a strong academic profile, ideally with 1 -3 years of management accounting experience (from industry or practice) and a real desire to learn and progress.
