Associate Director - Corporate Finance - Transaction Services - Dublin
As the global market continues to change at a searing pace, driven by disruptive technology and new threats in the shape of a Post Covid 19 world, the transactions landscape has never been more challenging and ever more complex.
In these uncertain times our client has developed a specific and unique approach to Corporate Finance advice covering broad transactions across the Financial Services, Aviation and Air Craft Leasing markets. As their market share continues to grow they are now keen to bring in a talented and experience Corporate Finance and or Advisory Services Associate Director to the business who is keen to focus within this growing and critical market sector.
NB! From the get go there is considerable upside in terms of Director Level opportunity with 18 Months and the potential for Partnership on a fast tracked basis thereafter,
Baseline Duties:
- Plan, prepare and lead aspects of the preparation of client deliverables including excel data books, data analysis, robotics reports, presentations and discussion packs
- Embrace our technology and innovation center to enhance our client deliverables and the quality of our client engagement
- Analyse and interpret the financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing financial information and participating in interviews with management
- Based on understanding the key business drivers, prepare and review analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact funding requirements and deal valuation
- Project manage the team and work closely with all members as well as forming strong internal links within transaction support and other departments in both and Irish and international context to form multi-disciplinary teams
- Support talent development, coaching, mentoring and business recruitment initiatives
The successful candidate will have gained at least 6-7 years Corporate Finance/Transaction Advisory/Due Diligence experience and be at least Level 9 masters Qualified or Equivalent.
The particular business unit is a flexible business with goal orientated deliverables key. Work life balance and flexible and dynamic working conditions are key attraction elements as is their Technology and Innovation centre and remote working options. Remote working was a large attraction of theirs pre C-19 and continues to be so as they transitioned to a fully flexible, dynamic and remote working operation with minimal disruption.
