ERP Specialist
- Permanent
Northwich, Cheshire
The details
Your new organisation is a highly regarded Manufacturing business in Northwich, who have enjoyed a very successful few years, have a strong order book for the future and have in the last year embarked on an ERP implementation project of which this role forms a critical part.
Your role will be initially be responsible for supporting the go live process for the new ERP system: Epicor including liaising with the cross functional project team within the business to ensure the system is fit for purpose, as well as liaising with Epicor themselves for any technical amendments. Following this you will provide ongoing user support for stakeholders across the business, ensuring any updates, fixes or user queries are dealt with promptly.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ERP systems and who enjoys a role that sits in between IT & the wider business along with a good amount of stakeholder engagement. In order to be successful, you should have an IT background and have worked on an ERP implementation with a small or medium sized business. If you have dedicated Epicor experience or have worked in a Manufacturing setting, this is advantageous but not essential.
In return, you will receive a competitive base salary & wider benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to join a genuinely brilliant business, who are operating very successfully and are dedicated to ensuring this project is run smoothly and efficiently. This is a very collaborative and friendly environment and so the ability to be on site more often than not, particularly in the first instance is required.
