Start your job searchThe purpose of the Finance Function is to maintain the financial integrity of the business and to support management in driving business value creation. The team is responsible for day to day transactional accounting, converting that data into useable and comparable financial information for monthly reporting purposes, and using the analysis to support strategic and operational decision making. The Billing administrator will work closely with the Head of Billing and the rest of the Finance Team to ensure accurate calculation and timely collection of fees for the group companies
Key Responsibilites
- Preparing client fee calculations
- Raising and posting of clients invoices (working with accountants to ensure correct VAT Treatment)
- Collection of fees withing agreed SLA's
- Preparing invoice upload template for BC365
- Preparing payments for clients when required
- Support prearation of monthly aged debtor analysis
- Provide analysis to accountants to support processing of cash receipts
- Ad hoc tasks to support the day to day running operations within the Finance team
Desirable attributes
- Previous Investment manager client billing role preffered but not essential
- Experience with fee calculations and collections, and debtor reconciliations required
- Disciplined, reliable and efficient
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Takes on challenges with determination
- Strong MS Excel Experience
- Able to manipulate and organise data and use intermediate formulae
- Ability to hand pressure with a cool head and collaborate with colleagues to meet tight deadlines
- Integrity and openness combined with commitement to good governance
