A FTSE listed tech and digital innovation business is recruiting for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Relationship Manager on an initial 6 month contract, with high likelihood of extension. This is a highly visible role forming part of the business' wider finance transformation programme. The successful applicant will be charged with managing relationships both internally and externally, whilst being able to influence business strategy on contract engagements and wider Shared Service Centre agreements.

As the BPO Relationship Manager, you will be:

  • Working throughout the Shared Service Centre to manage relationships with Global Process Owners, Regional Heads of Department, Delivery Leads and BPO Management
  • Ensuring agreed SLAs with the outsource provider are met by conducting regular reviews, tracking progress and identifying process optimisation opportunities
  • Analysing internal and external performance through the implementation of appropriate KPIs
  • Negotiating and escalating finance matters with relevant teams
  • Implementing corrective plans across functions and departments to maximise performance

The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
  • Able to show an extensive background working within shared service centre environments, whilst being able to demonstrate end to end understanding of business process outsourcing.
  • You will have a cost and analytical mindset, whilst being able to act commercially, build relationships and influence stakeholders.
