Business Analyst - Securities Brokerage - Contract (6 Months, Rolling)
Strategic Change & Legal Entity Optimisation

Salary £75,000-£90,000
Join a high-impact internal change initiative focused on simplifying group structures and streamlining operational models across Finance, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Tax. This is an interim role suited to a Business Analyst with experience in regulatory-driven transformation and financial services/trading environment.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 3-7 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and implementation of future-state operating models of an interdealer brokerage
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units
- Assist in data analysis, UAT coordination, and project delivery artefacts
- Prepare presentations and updates for senior stakeholders
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3+ years in Business Analysis/Projects within Investment Banking, Brokerage or similar
- Solid grasp of Front/Middle Office flows, regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, IFPR, SM&CR), and at least one asset class (fixed income, equities)
- Proficient in process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project support
- Strong MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
- Clear communicator, analytical thinker, and team collaborator
