Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Cash Allocations Clerk on behalf of a leading service provider, based in Worksop.

As a Cash Allocations Clerk, you will report directly to the Team Leader and working as part of a successful team, will assist with ensuring customer payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties will include, however not be limited to;

  • Reconcile a high volume of customer payments whilst ensuring accurate and timely allocation across multiple Business units.
  • Review and investigate unallocated cash.
  • Process refunds on customer credit balances in line with G4S Credit Policy.
  • Make adjustments to the receivables ledger where required.
  • Process customer credit/debit card payments.
  • Action any inbound email queries.
  • Assist with any audit requirements
  • Ensure that month end tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Look for process improvement opportunities for FSSC service delivery.
  • Work to team and individual targets set by the team leader.
  • Any other Ad hoc tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience of working with customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Experience of working in a busy environment

Salary is up to £22,500 depending on your experience

Early finish on Fridays - workload dependant
