Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search is working with a rapidly growing Fashion Retail business. In search of a strategic CFO to join the key stakeholders, in guiding the business through a period of growth, resulting ultimately in a successful sale process.
The CFO will be instrumental in developing and executing the short and long-term strategic vision for the business. Collaborating closely with the stakeholders, they will contribute to goal setting, ensuring scalable growth, and fostering initiatives to increase revenues and profits. In addition to the strategic aspect, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial function. This includes enhancing and establishing systems, processes, and controls to fortify the financial infrastructure. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in formulating targets, developing budgets, and conducting comprehensive financial analyses, offering sustained commercial, financial, and operational input to drive the businesses' success.
As the financial leader, the CFO will guide the business through the complexities of a successful sale for shareholders. This multifaceted role demands a keen strategic CFO, with the ability to navigate the intricacies of a growing retail business with a view toward future success.
The ideal Candidate
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
- Experience as a CFO/Finance Director in a business in Branded Retail, e-commerce and or related sectors(Ideally but not Essential), and experience of delivering successful sale would be beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing every financial facet of a rapidly growing business..
- Communicate effectively and as a leader within the business be expected to work effectively and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- A proactive, energetic, pragmatic, hardworking individual with strong people and relationship skills.
