Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE Backed Manufacturing business currently seeking a highly calibre Chief Financial Officer to drive rapid improvement within the company, while working alongside the CEO to implement these changes.

The Chief Financial Officer will deliver the business plan and achieve profitable growth, including managing the day-to-day business activities, ensuring they run smoothly and that consistently high standards are delivered to customers, generating strategies to increase sales revenues with new and existing customers and representing the business to build its presence in the marketplace. This will involve driving the business as a leader, providing strategic direction and be responsible for all financial operations of the business driving it operationally and commercially.

You will be working in a partnership with the CEO to develop, deliver and evaluate the overall strategy for the business. By maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through the preparation of detailed and insightful performance analysis, cashflow forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Been in Autonomous Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer within Manufacturing businesses and or related sectors.
• Be operationally and commercially focused and have a good understanding of the Manufacturing market.
• Strong financial reporting and management accounting.
• Experienced as a high energy, hands-on, stand-alone and can demonstrate contribution to the strategic and commercial development of the business.
