A UK leading hospitality business is seeking a Commercial Accountant to manage accounts for their group of restaurants.

Role and responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Commercial Finance
• Prepare of draft and final management accounts
• Support the sales and marketing departments on sales analysis and forecasts
• Lead monthly Financial Review Meetings
• Laise with Managers and chefs
• Involvement with the impact and improvement on pricing strategies and promotional activity
• Ad-hoc training for junior staff
• Produce the monthly accounts
• Analyse promotions
• Prepare and review all individual budgets
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce monthly financial summaries
• Produce the weekly forecast
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the end of financial year audit
• Budgets and Forecasts

This role is perfect for someone who is part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA and is keen to work in a fast-paced environment. This will suit somebody with high ambition who can adapt to new challenges and is commercially minded. Experience within hospitality is desired but not essential.
