Start your job searchAn advertising agency in central London is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst for a 3 month temporary role.
The role is hybrid working 3 days per week in the office and will be part of a team of 4 Commercial Analysts.
There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Commercial Finance Analyst will:
- Working with various reporting tools.
- Deliver timely and accurate performance reports including revenue forcasting and pipeline analysis
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure accurate job setup and correct data entry
- Produce and identify trends, highlighting key areas for improvement
- Partner with the Partnerships & Growth team to ensure tracking of leads and relevant data
- Ownership of weekly Capacity Reporting
- Be the main point of contact for job queries within the Finance department.
- Support the Creative Talent & Resource Manager - Reporting revenue opportunity, overtime, and TOIL reporting
- Assist in preparing the Monthly Commercial Reporting Pack
- Contribute to Quarterly Board Meeting Packs
- Support Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc commercial requests
The ideal Commercial Finance Analyst will be:
- Part-qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ equivalent qualification
- Have previous experience in a commercial role
- Be immeditely available ideally, or on a 1 week notice
- Have previous experience in a creative industry (ideal)
