As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play an integral role working with the Head of FP&A to support and challenge the business on sales performance. You will managing key business processes, provide insight and analysis, whilst having the opportunity to drive efficiencies through automation and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the role suits a commercially-minded finance or analyst professional, who is excited by the opportunity of joining a successful business at a pivotal time in its growth. You will be responsible for Data analysis through the production of accurate and insightful reporting packs on a regular and analysis and scenario modelling to analyse sales performance, identify trends, and support decision making within the finance and retail functions. You will support the production of quarterly forecasts and the field team bonus calculations.

This role will involve month end tasks (i.e., calculation of rebate accruals) and will work closely with the inhouse IT department to create and further develop reporting, with the aim of creating efficiencies and ensuring accurate insightful information is easily accessible to all necessary stakeholders.

This role can be undertaken fully remotely, but does also offer the opportunity to go into the Leeds based office.
