Start your job searchA high-growth, PE backed FMCG business based in London is currently seeking an Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their fast-paced team.
The role will report directly in to the CFO, and is a commercial position partnering with senior leadership and the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with senior leadership and marketing and sales divisions
- Analyze and evaluate promotional plan
- Developing pricing strategy and delivery
- Financial analysis around product develop and innovation
- Preparing marketing investment proposals and optimization
- P&L analysis and margin management
- Manage Sales and operations planning and forecasting
- Manage budgeting process and partner wit budget holders
- Strategi planning to contribute to business decision making
- Management of P&L income and discount recognition down
- Management of commercial balance sheet accounts
- Management of Marketing Spend and Commitments
- Partner with senior stakeholders including CFO, UK Sales & Marketing Directors, MD, and Finance Leadership Team
- Additional ad hoc duties and analysis to support the wider team and business
The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven Business Partnering skills and excellent commercial awareness. Candidates should have a strong margin mindset with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels, and outside of finance. Strong Excel skills are essential with the ability to interpret data and contribute to commercial decision making. Previous use of SAP or a similar ERP system would be beneficial.
