A global gaming business is looking for a new Corporate Development Manager to join their London office to come in to own and manage corporate development and M&A activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • project managing M&A processes from start to finish, from deal sourcing, through evaluation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
  • Support evaluation and execution of potential M&A opportunities
  • Building detailed financial models and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support assessment of potential partnership and other corporate development opportunities
  • Prepare operating models and competitive benchmarking to evaluate emerging business opportunities
  • Support key strategic projects end-to-end through defining problems, developing hypothesis, structuring analysis and communicating findings

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in corporate development, preferably from an investment banking, private equity, or transaction services background. You should have exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills, including strong financial modelling abilities. Candidates must have the ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate across various teams and divisions. It would be beneficial for candidates to have a passion and understanding for the gaming industry including monetization models, competitive dynamics and emergent trends in the industry.
