Project Finance Assistant Manager - Dublin - Renewable Energy



With a continued focus on the Renewable Energy and Sustainability market our client is a market leader in the provision of Corporate and Project Finance Advice to a range a private market firms (Private Equity and Fund Managers) as well as Government Semi States in terms of their strategic investments across the Renewable Energy and Sustainable Infrastructure markets.


As the pipe line of work continues to grow and the complexity of this work develops further our client are keen to Invest in an Assistant manager and or Senior Consultant to join the team and add value to the business as well as go on a fantastic journey across this extremely important market sector in Ireland and beyond.

  • Advising clients on strategic direction and make up of their Investments across the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Markets.
  • Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP
  • Mergers, buyouts and disposals - buying and selling businesses and assets in infrastructure sector.
  • Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement of infrastructure assets through different forms of contracting and procurement models
  • Business planning & business case design and review pertaining to these strategic investments.
  • Working effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior members on progress.
  • Review Excel models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.
  • Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
  • Review Analytics and present to a range of Boards and CEO's.
  • Day to day progression of assignments to include; planning, preparing and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations.


This opportunity will ideally be suited to a newly qualified Corporate and or Project Finance professional or those with a Level 9 master's Qualification.



3-4 Years Corporate and or Project Finance, Transaction Services or IM experience would also certainly suffice and allow you to add value to the business as well as develop through the firm very quickly given the huge opportunities within eh firm and the market.
