Our client is one of the leading players in a market that over the coming 5-10 years will very much dominate the landscape in terms of strategic advice within the Project/Corporate Finance landscape. Their pipeline of works spans almost 10 years as it stands today, and thus, they are keen to attract experienced Corporate Finance Managers to the business who are interested in growing with the firm over this period. It's a very exciting opportunity and exciting time for the firm.
With investment into large scale Infrastructure projects at an all time high and a strategic focus on Renewables and Sustainability the market within Project Finance from a Corporate Finance perspective has never been more attractive in terms of a career and opportunity.
The role in General:
- Mergers, buyouts and disposals - buying and selling businesses and assets in infrastructure sector
- Strategic advice - various advice relating to strategic matters, which vary considerably from client to client
- Business planning & business case - various advices relating to strategic matters, which vary considerably from client to client
- Procurement - advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement of infrastructure assets through different forms of contracting and procurement models
- Understanding our client requirements, co-developing our approach with the client, and providing value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
- Review Excel models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.
- Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
- Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).
- Gathering, verifying and analysing information to formulate views.
- A focus on anticipating and identifying risks that require escalation and subsequently escalating these risks to more senior staff as appropriate.
- Working closely with colleagues you will ensure that work is properly executed, documented and concluded in compliance with our Quality & Risk Management guidelines.
What we are seeking……
We are looking for a candidate who is keen to really focus their career within the Corporate Finance Industry and has a particular interest in large Scale Global Infrastructure projects as well as renewables and sustainability!
You will ideally have gained at last 2 year's post Qualified experience or possess 4-5 years' experience with a Level 9 Masters.
