Marks Sattin are recruiting for a Contract Manager (Credit Control/Billing) to join a dynamic and collaborative business based near Halifax . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in contract administration, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration-particularly with finance and legal teams.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the accurate setup and ongoing management of customer agreements, ensuring billing aligns with contractual terms and supporting revenue assurance. This role plays a key part in the order-to-cash process, making it highly relevant for professionals with experience in credit control, billing, or revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to manage contract setup, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across contract processing.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile contract data and support revenue assurance.
• Act as a data guardian, ensuring accuracy before contract mobilisation.
• Resolve customer queries and support mobilisation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement across contract and billing processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in contract administration and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle, including billing and revenue impacts.
• Comfortable working with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in performance management and process improvement.
