Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading FMCG organisation who are looking for a Credit Controller on a temporary ongoing contract, requiring an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.
- Negotiating payment plans.
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Processing invoices.
- Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant.
- Managing the sales ledger.
Requirements:
- Previous Credit Control experience (3+ years).
- Customer service skills.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Ambition and a desire to succeed.
- Administration skills.
- Persistence and determination.
