CREDIT MANAGER - GROUP FUNCTION - REPORTING IN TO BOARD LEVEL

CREDIT MANAGER - Brand new opportunity for a really proactive and ambitious Credit Manager to join this 'best in class' organisation.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director with a very strong dotted line in to the Board of Directors, you'll be very hands on, and will want to absolutely manage all aspects of credit and make this 'your own'. No day will be the same as there is plenty to in terms of leading and driving performance forwards where you'll be involved in all of the following on a daily basis:

• Managing a team of 5 experienced credit controllers
• Setting up best in class processes and identifying areas of continuous improvement
• Leading and motivating
• Managing the whole credit process from customer set up through to litigation as and when required
• Managing workflow and delegating as appropriate in order to maximise both legacy and BAU collections
• Buidling effective relationships with key and international clients
