Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a leading Global Professional Services business based in Leeds City Centre. Working as part of a successful and collaborative credit control team, you'll take ownership of your own ledger, focusing on minimising bad debts and maintaining strong client relationships. The role is fast-paced and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your assigned ledger to reduce outstanding debt
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment
• Monitoring accounts and identifying clients that default on payment terms
• Maintaining accurate and detailed debtor notes
• Providing regular updates and reports to the team leader on ledger performance

About You:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential matters with care
• A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
