Significant opportunity for an AD Level/Director Level Corporate Finance and Origination professional to join this expanding global firm in Dublin.

With a key focus on the Infrastructure, Energy and Renewable Energy market across Europe and Ireland the opportunity to own, grow and develop this arm of the business is significant and will act as a catalyst for a career as a leader within the firm.


The Role Aspects.

  • Lead origination and business development initiatives across energy & utilities, transport, and social infrastructure sectors, with a focus on expanding the firm's footprint in local Irish and European markets
  • Leverage strong existing client and industry relationships to originate and secure new mandates, partnerships, and investment opportunities
  • Focus on deep financial analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation / deal commercials and to support complex financial decision making.
  • Drive project structuring and capital raising (equity and debt) for infrastructure projects, aligning with the clients' objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration with teams across multiple offices and different workstreams
  • Bring 12 -15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development, investment, or advisory with a blend of sector expertise
  • Represent the company at industry forums and client engagements, acting as a senior ambassador within the infrastructure domain locally and across European markets.
  • Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.


You:



The successful candidate will have at least 15 plus years' experience within the Origination space across Corporate Finance and or Project Finance coming from a Consulting and or Banking background. You will demonstrate excellent technical understanding from a Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling perspective coupled with a strong Origination track record.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a lead role within the firm on a European wide basis but being based out of Dublin. There are few positions that arise through the year at this level with no ceiling.
