Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a EBilling Administrator on behalf of a well established, Global Professional Services business based in Leeds City Centre.

Duties will include, however not be limited to;

• Managing the end to end process of administration for client uploads onto the relevant eBilling platforms as requested
• Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes
• Ensuring queries are resolved on a timely basis
• Ensuring client reconciliation reports are updated and maintained on a regular basis
• Providing a high level of professional customer service to internal and external customers appropriate to a highly regarded international Law Firm
• Ensuring client accruals are entered into the eBilling platforms timely and accurately

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience working within an Accounts department
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent data inputting skills
• Experience of legal billing would be desireable
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A self-motivated, pro-active and driven approach

Salary is up to £25,000

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working (3 days at home and 2 in the office)
