As a Finance Analyst/Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, providing detailed analysis and insights to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel to support decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist with cost analysis and operational efficiency projects to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Part or Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in a finance analyst role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
