Finance Analyst

Our global client in the property and facilities management industry are looking for a new Finance Analyst to join their team. This is a remote position with the option of working in the local offices based in London, reporting into the Finance and Contract Support Manager. This role will see you take ownership of various areas of the financial operation for key clients in the AMS region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including full P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Own the region's financial forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with global targets.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality financial insights
• Manage contract governance and ensure compliance with the company and client standards
• Drive margin improvement, cash flow optimization, and cost efficiencies
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Support audits and ensure financial governance across the region
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at both regional and global levels.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience not only in technical accounting and finance, but with stakeholder management, process improvement and commercial finance. Strong knowledge of accounting standards including SOX/IFRS/UK & US GAAP will also be needed to deliver accurate and compliant financial reporting. You will need to be able to operate efficiently in a fast moving environment, ensuring deadlines are met as well as offering strategic insights and commentary.
