Head of Finance - High‑Growth, Multi-site, Property/Hospitality Business

In this role, you'll be the financial heartbeat of the organisation - partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic decisions, and building a best‑in‑class finance function rooted in integrity, transparency, and sustainable performance.

What you'll lead:

• Group‑wide financial strategy, partnering with the executive team to drive long‑term success
• High‑quality reporting across P&L, cashflow, and Board‑level insights
• Governance, compliance and audit excellence across a diverse, expanding portfolio
• Continuous improvement, automation, and the development of a high‑performing finance team

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multi‑site or high‑growth environment
• Strong technical expertise across FP&A, cashflow, consolidated reporting, and compliance
