A FTSE 100 company, specialising in property development is seeking a Finance Assistant to assist the finance team on one of their biggest projects.

• Own the weekly finance task processes including preparing board packs and reporting schedules
• Daily and weekly posting to the balance sheet and the bank rec
• Raise overhead purchase orders
• Monitoring weekly bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely payment of invoices
• Assist the Financial Controller with monthly profit and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare monthly schedules and collate bi monthly board packs
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing and prepare monthly cost reports
• Assist with review reporting on a quarterly basis
• Deputise the Management Accountant in their absence
• Be a key point of contact for the internal accounts department and the wider business and pro-actively resolve queries
• Additional adhoc duties to support the finance team and the wider team
