You'll be joining a close-knit finance team, working directly with the Finance Manager, in this Assistant Accountant role there is a blend of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, this role doesn't really lend itself to someone wanting "progression" due to the size of the Finance team.
A bit about the role….
- Looking after an analysing the Sales and Nominal Ledgers.
- Cash book and receipt reconciliations.
- Sales invoice processing.
- Weekly reporting on sales and orders.
- FX reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliations.
- General Credit Control.
- Accounts reconciliation for Audit purposes.
- Preparing month-end allocations.
A bit about you….
- Ideally AAT 3 or above
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
