We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced, dynamic organisation operating in the hospitality/events sector. You will take financial ownership of a portfolio of projects, acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams and senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making across the business.

As an Interim Finance Business Partner, you will be:

  • Owning month-end close processes for assigned projects.
  • Weekly performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, staffing costs and variances.
  • Supporting annual budgeting, reforecasting and rolling forecasts.
  • Ownership of budgets from a finance perspective, actively challenging overspend.
  • Closely collaborating with operations, project managers and leadership teams.
  • Cash flow forecasting and management of debtors and creditors.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience within live events, hospitality, or a similar fast-moving, multi-site industry is highly beneficial.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
