Role - Finance Business Partner Location - Rochdale Salary - Between £60,000 and £65,000 + car allowance

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing construction business in their search for a Finance Business Partner to work out of their regional office in Rochdale.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial and the Finance Business Partner will be expected to challenge Operational Management. Excellent Excel skills are a must and you will be expected to be competent with financial modelling and report writing. Key duties for the Finance Business Partner role will involve the following:

• KPI analysis
• Profit and loss analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Provide analysis and commentary on new commercial opportunities
• Business partner and offer advice to the regional operational team
• Review of business cases
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between £60,000 and £65,000 + car allowance and excellent benefits package
