Finance Business Partner - Real Estate

Listed real estate business looking to expand their FP&A team. This senior position offers a great deal of exposure to the business and senior personnel as well as allowing you to help drive growth and improvement. Duties:

This role will see you support the business with the delivery of overall financial performance information to senior members of the company in order to drive growth and improvement

• Using provided reporting and analysis to get a clear overall view of financial performance of the business to deliver to senior personnel reviewing and sharing company KPIs
• Managing the review and delivery of management information
• Managing the review and delivery of annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Alerting senior personnel to risks and opportunities arising from the above information
• Reviewing and updating property model
• Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where needed
• Working closely with the business to update most relevant metrics
