As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the company.
Skills Required:
* Part or fully qualified, AAT Level 3 minimum
* Experience of Xero
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to direct and delegate
* Ability to analyse data
* Experience within the healthcare sector desirable
* Strong attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining the Xero general ledger
* Preparation of month end management accounts
* Monitoring invoice financing and debtors ledgers and credit control
* Prepare and review margin reports and identify corrective action
* Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement and be able to communicate to senior management
* Prepare monthly forecasting and annual budgets
* Prepare annual statutory accounts
* Work with other business departments to drive business performance
* To review and implement effective processes
In return you will be offered:
* Salary £43,000-£48,000
