Finance Manager

A growing tech organisation with strong private equity backing in Leeds is looking to hire a new Finance Manager.

The Role

This position will report into their Financial Controller in a fast paced and dedicated team. Duties include:

• Reviewing and production of monthly management accounts
• Commercial Finance - working with Senior Management team to drive performance forward
• Finance business Partnering with operational team
• Production of financial reports and data
• Reviewing and continuously improving financial controls
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsible for core revenue and provision models
• Utilising software system to full capacity to help drive business
• Production of financial reports and data
• Supporting the Financial Controller with duties as and when required

Requirements for the role

• A fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Natural ability to work with senior stakeholders and strong communication skills
• Experience working in a finance department with exposure to commercial finance and finance business partnering for different teams
• Effective when communicating finance matters to non-finance staff
• Ability to work efficiently, meeting short deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve effectively
• Strong Excel knowledge
