JOB OPENING: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
We are presently seeking a Financial Controller to join the ranks of a publicly listed Electrical Manufacturing company based in Eindhoven. Specializing in the production of electrical connectors and components, this company is a key player within an international manufacturing and engineering group boasting a global turnover of 125 billion. The EMEA shared service center in Eindhoven is the hub for this role, where you, as the Senior Financial Controller, will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals hailing from 25 different countries, utilizing English as the primary office language.

As the Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will encompass financial reporting in both US GAAP and statutory GAAP. This role involves direct collaboration with the business, requiring a keen eye for detail and a penchant for navigating complex reporting structures.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between finance and the business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial figures
• Conduct analyses of balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Contribute to process optimizations and integration projects
• Act as the financial sparring partner for the business, proactively identifying and implementing improvements
• Undertake periodic corporate reporting and address tax-related matters

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Controller
• Proficient command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
• Completed BSc or MSc degree in finance or economics
