One of the fastest growing beauty brands in the UK is looking for a Financial Controller to help them shape the financial future of the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Finance in leading the Finance team and ensure high quality reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic insights
- Analyse financial data and present findings to senior management
- Provide variance analysis that will support strategic decision
- Collaborate with department heads and lead on the budgeting and forecasting
- Oversite of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Review performance against target across multiple sites
- Manage and report on company-wide cash flow
- Communicate complex financial information to stakeholders across the business
This is a perfect opportunity for a Finance Manager to step into a Financial Controller position with a fast growing an ambitious company. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial systems and reporting. Experience in multi-site or retail business is highly desired.
